Mallory’s practice focuses on corporate formation, contracts drafting and review, and wills and estates.
She has experience advising small start-up corporations as well as multi-million dollar businesses. Before moving into the civil arena, Mallory practiced criminal law as a misdemeanor prosecutor where she gained valuable experience in the courtroom, had the opportunity to negotiate or stand firm, and drafted various motions in accordance with case law or statutes.
